Return/ Refund Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations for purchases made on https://www.x37vracing.com/. This policy should be read alongside our Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To cancel your order, you must notify us by contacting x37vracing@gmail.com and clearly stating your intention to cancel, including your order number.

RETURNING GOODS AFTER CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of use or damage after delivery.

DROP-SHIPPED ITEMS

Some products are fulfilled through third-party manufacturers or suppliers using a drop-shipping model.

If your order is drop-shipped, you must contact us before returning the item. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may not be refunded.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at x37vracing@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photographic evidence.

In such cases, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights. Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless faulty, the following items are not eligible for return:

Items made to order or customised
Items that have been used or installed
Items returned without original packaging where this affects resale

This does not affect your statutory rights.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address details provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided during the returns and refunds process is used solely to process your request and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Returns and Refunds Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
